About me
Trevor Tyler is the Vice President of Beverage for Eureka! Restaurant Group and oversees the Beverage Program for all 32 units which include Eureka! and La Popular. He is a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Hospitality Management. Trevor is a Certified Cicerone®, one of roughly 3,500 in the world and a member of the Guild of Sommeliers. He has worked with multiple breweries throughout the United States to brew beer exclusively for Eureka! By leveraging distillery relationships to provide breweries with barrels to age beer in. The biggest of these collaborations was the first batch of Bottle Logic’s Fundamental Observation which is currently listed as #12 on Beer Advocate’s Top 250 beers in the world. In addition to overseeing Beverage Operations for Eureka! he also spearhead's the company's Whiskey Club Program that currently has 1,200 members. The club is focused on selecting private barrels for their members and introducing them to new distilleries in the US through a monthly Discovery box. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new bars and restaurants and watching as many LA Dodgers' games as he can. Trevor resides in Fullerton, CA with his wife and son.
