Nikki Hueckel is the Director of Beverage for Delaware North, one of the largest privately held hospitality and entertainment companies in the world.
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Nikki has spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry, earning certifications from both the Court of Master Sommeliers and Cicerone. Her career spans a variety of key roles across operations, marketing, and training, giving her a well-rounded perspective that extends beyond beverage management. This diverse experience allows her to effectively support Delaware North’s five distinct business channels—Sportservice, Travel Hospitality Services, Gaming & Entertainment, Parks & Resorts, and the Patina Restaurant Group.
As a beverage leader, Nikki excels at curating and managing programs across multiple beverage segments. She stays at the forefront of industry trends, integrating innovative concepts and emerging technologies to enhance Delaware North’s operations. Beyond strategy, she is a passionate advocate for exceptional guest experiences, ensuring that every aspect of the beverage program aligns with the company’s commitment to hospitality excellence.
Nikki lives outside Columbus, Ohio, with her husband and two children. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her hosting family dinners, playing with her kids, or tackling renovations on their 100+ year-old home.
