As a seasoned professional, Nick Ansara, Senior Manager of Beverage for Cameron Mitchell Restaurants and Ocean Prime, has over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. He leads the beverage programs for 65 restaurant units, consisting of 20 unique brands across 17 states.
From leading the national purchasing strategy to cultivating development and establishing program DNAs for new brands, Nick leads with passion and integrity.
Nick ensures anything and everything “liquid in a glass” is creative, intentional, and impressionable while maximizing the success of his restaurants. Collaborating with his team of experts in mixology, wine, craft beer, and operations, they ensure in true Cameron Mitchell Restaurants fashion that “quality is built up front and permeates everything we do.”
Outside of Nick’s nearly 13 years with Cameron Mitchell Restaurants and Ocean Prime, his passions include weightlifting, cooking Middle Eastern cuisine, live music, and watching any form of true crime.
