Matt Dunne is the Sr. Director of Food & Beverage for Cinemark USA, Inc. With over 25 years of industry experience as a bartender, manager and beverage executive, he brings a multi-faceted approach - blending operational efficiency with fun consumer-focused initiatives and programmatic innovation and optimization.
During the last 16 years, Matt has led the evolution of the alcohol program at Cinemark to capitalize on the burgeoning “eater-tainment” market. Growing the domestic footprint from 3 locations to the current 195, he’s overseen all areas of expansion, including: program development, legal, construction design, training and standards, and more.
A lifelong Chicago area resident, Matt currently lives in Naperville with his wife and three children."
