About me
Majdi Kayyali began his 15-year career in food & beverage in Charlotte, NC before moving to Phoenix, AZ in 2017. In the thriving foodie city, he assisted in managing F&B programs at the esteemed Arizona Biltmore, a Waldorf Astoria Resort. He then transitioned to open Maple & Ash, a What If Syndicate restaurant, opening three concepts for them in 2 years. Majdi joined Gila River Resorts & Casinos in 2021 as the Corporate Director of Beverage.
He was tasked with elevating and modernizing the beverage program for the new resort designation, creating several unique programs within the four casinos. In 2022, Majdi was promoted to Vice President of Food & Beverage where he now oversees new concepts, banquets, pools, restaurant operations and corporate partnerships. In his first two years as VP, Majdi oversaw six new concept openings, and saw a growth of 21% in F&B Revenue. In his career, Majdi has opened over 15 restaurants bars, and hotels.
In his free time, Majdi enjoys spending time with his beautiful family, attending sporting and music events, and traveling.
