Ivica has been an integral part of Bacardi USA for over seven years, bringing dedication and expertise to the National Accounts On-Premise Team. He currently is creating a new vision in his role as the Director of National Accounts for HCNI (Hotel, Casino, Nightlife, Image), where his leadership and strategic insights have helped drive significant growth and success for customers and Bacardi, while helping set trends for existing and new (LDA) consumers entering the alcohol beverage space. Throughout his career at Bacardi, Ivica has earned multiple Supplier of the Year awards from prestigious multinational chain restaurants, a testament to his exceptional ability to forge and nurture valuable partnerships.
Before joining Bacardi, Ivica spent 10 years gaining invaluable experience at Boston Beer, where he worked closely with casinos and casual dining concepts, refining his skills in the dynamic world of hospitality and alcohol beverage.
Ivica is also a proud member of the Bacardi team that has achieved the prestigious honor of Vibe’s “Large Spirits Supplier of the Year” for four consecutive years—2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024—solidifying his standing as a leader in the industry and contributing to Bacardi’s continued success
