About me
Indre has 18 years of restaurant and 9 years of beverage/alcohol industry experience, and currently holds the role of Beverage Director for BJ’s Restaurants. She oversees the beverage program for over 200+ restaurants in 30+ States. Indre leads the team on strategy, innovation, trend analysis, pricing, and inventory management. Indre holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing. Originally from Lithuania, Indre moved to California in 2003 and started her career in the restaurant industry in 2004. Her career started with Yard House Restaurants when they only had 4 locations. Indre was part of their beverage program growth and elevation until 2018. In 2019, Indre started with BJ’s Restaurants, Inc. as a Buyer and has had the opportunity to grow her career at BJ’s in the years that have followed. Indre has a Cicerone Beer Server certification & WSET Wine 2 certification. The beverage programs Indre has worked on have been recognized by a few publications:
