About me
Ed is an award-winning industry veteran with over 20 years’ experience in enterprise beverage management, strategic initiatives, bar operations and innovation. With a wide range of experience in casual, upscale casual and fine dining Ed has brought a unique perspective to shipboard beverage programs at Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. This diverse background has allowed Ed to broaden his perspective as well as understanding the differing needs of guests across the RCCL Fleet.
In addition to adding top line sales via menu and concept development, Ed has a track record for driving bottom line improvement via Cost Engineering and implementing inventory control processes.
Ed is a graduate of the Cecil B Day School of Hospitality at Georgia State University and spent the majority of his career working with shoreside national restaurant chains prior to joining RCCL 7 years ago.
