About me
Edie Burns is a seasoned food and beverage operator who honed her skills in every position in the front of house whether it be in an independent restaurant, bar, hotel, or on the multi-unit or corporate level.
Edie has opened more than 40 restaurants, bars, and banquet operations in the United States, Caribbean Latin America, Middle East Africa, and Europe. She has been a Director of Food and Beverage on small and large properties and never shies away from a challenge. She is constantly searching for better ways to run operations with a focus of sustainability of the earth and people on her teams. Edie is an active advocate for disabled people in the hospitality industry, while still prioritizing her love of wine, tea, and the morning crossword.
Currently, Edie is the Corporate Director of Food & Beverage for Schulte Hospitality.
