About me
Colleen is a futurist and innovator who drives change at the intersection of technology, industry, and hospitality. As the Director of NASA initiatives for Casa Azul Spirits, the #1 organic tequila, she combines strategic leadership with a passion for future-forward initiatives that bridge tradition and innovation.
Colleen holds an MBA in Global Innovation and an Executive Master’s Degree in Space Leadership, Business, and Policy from Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management, graduating with distinction. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honor society. She has applied to pursue a Ph.D. focused on human factors and establishing normalcy within the food, beverage, and hospitality industries in space environments.
In addition to her leadership with Casa Azul, Colleen serves as an Advisory Board Member for Cecilia.ai, the world’s first interactive robotic bartender. Her work with Cecilia.ai focuses on leveraging AI to drive operational efficiencies and predictive analysis, helping operators optimize inventory management, reduce waste, and enhance customer engagement. Cecilia.ai is transforming how businesses deliver service and measure success by seamlessly integrating advanced technology into hospitality settings.
Colleen’s certifications, including WSET Level 3, Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), and Certified Specialist of Spirits (CSS), further underscore her expertise and ability to connect cutting-edge solutions with real-world industry challenges.
