About me
Allison Kafalas is the Director of Beverage, Americas, for Hilton Hotels & Resorts. In her role, she is responsible for leading innovative beverage programs and developing immersive food and beverage experiences for Hilton’s portfolio of full-service and luxury brands (including Waldorf Astoria, Conrad, Signia by Hilton, Curio, Canopy, Hilton, Embassy Suites and DoubleTree). Prior to joining Hilton in 2020, Kafalas was the Director of Beverage for OTG, an upscale airport concessionaire. She also spent 10 years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts across various roles including Brand Management, Operations and Food & Beverage. A native New Yorker, Kafalas lives in Manhattan with her husband and two sons.
