Colleen is a futurist and industry innovator, specializing in driving future-forward initiatives across the
food, beverages, and hospitality sectors. She serves as an Advisory Board Member for Cecilia.ai, the World's
first interactive robotic bartender, where she explores innovative AI applications to enhance operational efficiency, predictive analysis, and customer experiences.
With an MBA in Global Innovation and an Executive Master's in Space Leadership, Business, and Policy from
Arizona State University's Thunderbird School of Global Management, graduating with distinction, Colleen is also a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the international business honor society. She is pursuing a Ph.D. focused on human factors and establishing normalcy within hospitality in space environments.
Colleen holds a range of certifications, including WSET Level 3, Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), and Certified Specialist of Spirits (CSS), alongside additional alcohol industry credentials. She also has formal education and certifications in AI from MIT and Vanderbilt University, further highlighting her commitment to integrating emerging technologies into traditional industries.
Recently, Colleen was honored as one of the Top 100 Women in Aviation and Aerospace, recognizing her leadership and contributions to innovation.
Colleen is an active mentor and adviser at Vanderbilt University and Br-DGE with the United Air Force and Space Force.
